Crockpot Chicken
A long time ago, Torrie introduced us to 365 Days of Crockpot Cooking. Ever since then, I like to venture there and try something new. I've been using my crockpot every Tuesday because we get home from our activities so late it's the only way we can have dinner (besides cold cereal). Tonight's dinner was a success. Here is the link - It's quick, easy, and super tasty. A hit with all three kids (even Mollie - little miss picky pants - had seconds). I served it in corn tortillas, like a chicken taco with some mozzarella cheese. We have enough leftover to have it tomorrow over rice. Even better - two dinners in one :) Enjoy!!

oh yes, that is one of my favorite sites, I should put some tried and true ones up. We have been using our crockpot every Monday and Tuesday for the same reason, I haven't tried this chicken yet, I'm going to put it on the menu.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit the picture doesn't look all that appetizing. But since you said your kids all like it, even some had seconds, I'll try it. I just read her blog and read her 7daily habits for house cleaning. A few I read out loud to Andy so he could hear that I'm not the only one that whines about him taking out the trash etc. Thanks for the link. I love her blog!
